يَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ قَدْ أَنْجَيْنَاكُمْ مِنْ عَدُوِّكُمْ وَوَاعَدْنَاكُمْ جَانِبَ الطُّورِ الْأَيْمَنَ وَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَنَّ وَالسَّلْوَىٰ

“Oh Children of Israel! We delivered you from your enemy, and We made an appointment with you at the right side of mount Thwoor, and We sent down to you Manna and Salwa”.

Manna is a sweet nutritious food and “Salwa” is the bird quail. See explanation 2: 56-57 and 7: 155.
